Banana Chocolate Pancake

Adding fruit to your diet has been the motto for healthy eaters. Having stepped into the eat clean journey for the past six months, instead of the tedious oatmeal pancake, I wonder how will the banana version be like?

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/8 cup oatmeal (I know what you think but hey, we’re still gonna need it)
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup soy milk (or any kind of milk you have. I just simply got a thing for nut milk)

▻ Blend ALL the ingredient until you end up with a thick batter but still runny enough to pour.

▻ Get your pan on a medium heat (or until the water runs around when you drop it in). Pour a full spoon of batter into the pan and cover the lid for about 15-20s. When the bubble starts to pump up, it’s flipping time!

Easy to make and even easier to digest! Pancake is usually suggested to serve with a bit of honey. But for me, well, I’ve already got that covered with the sweetened banana.
