Are you a matcha fan?
If your answer is a yes, then keep up the good vibe. But in case it’s a no, I do hope this bowl raises your second thought.

This matcha bowl is packed with antioxidants, fibre, vitamins and even a hint of sweat treat. You’ll get it out once you’ve come to the recipe part. But for the record, this little minx is not much different from pasta at all. One minute I was pouring the mixture onto my coconut bowl, next thing I know, dinner for 10 is ready!
So just to make sure, you may want to reduce the portion by 1/2, and get a smaller bowl, indeed.
Anyhoo, let’s dive in
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup almond
Blend all the ingredients in a blend mixer. Press on the pulse until you end up having a thick texture, firm enough to arrange the toppings. And speaking about toppings, this bish drove me up all night figuring how to decorate!
As for the optional toppings, having a bit raspberries might boost up the sour flavour. I have mine go with the left over banana, raspberries, chia seeds, oatmeal, almonds and cocoa nibs 🍫

To make this drinkable, gradually add in the milk until you reach the desired consistency. Feel free to substitute the toppings with any kind of fruit and nuts you like. Im thinking about blueberries and mango next time! What about you?
